Sustainable development
JOHANSON International has created an original approach that supports the eco-design of buildings, whether it is a new building or a renovation. Rehabilitation is increasingly necessary because, to ensure sustainable development, we must BUILD THE CITY ON THE CITY.
Since 1993, JOHANSON International has been involved in innovative approaches based on the PDCA (PLAN-DO-CHECK-ACT) which do not simply add more or less innovative techniques (the Canadian well, the sunshade, sensors solar etc.) but take into account sustainable development issues to set objectives. This approach saw its consecration by the NF DEMARCHE HQE certification tertiary buildings option PDB building trade in Aubevilliers with 14 HIGHLY PERFORMING TARGETS (below left with view of the filtering garden which purifies rainwater and wastewater on the site at the gates of Paris)
We also assisted the architect Jean Pierre Crespy (Angers) for the sustainable development rehabilitation of the former Angers slaughterhouses into a City of Solidarity, emphasizing the environmental and health aspects.

We were able to develop innovative approaches thanks to dynamic project owners who gave us sufficient latitude to develop our innovation approaches.
From 2000, the Regional Council of Haute Normandie allowed us to develop an approach based on the first concepts of the HQE approach, the elements of which served as the basis for the reference work "HQE Buildings and Sustainable Development" published by AFNOR more recently , the City of Angers allowed us to develop an ENVIRONMENTAL AND HEALTH approach for the CITE DE LA SOLIDARITE, by rehabilitating the old slaughterhouses of Angers (above right).
